Bear Run Nature Reserve, Mill Run, Pa.

8 a.m.to 4 p.m.
The Reserve is the site of Fallingwater, and is about 1 1/2 hours southeast of Pittsburgh.
Bring the family and spend a full day of fun, while connecting with the wild wonders of nature; learning more about the environment and how to help protect our natural resources; and enjoying a community festival atmosphere. You won't want to miss the hayrides, live music, great food, games and more!
Here are just a few highlights of the day:
Keynote Speaker – Dr. Gary Alt Wildlife Biologist for the Pennsylvania Game Commission speaks at 11 a.m., following the Annual Business Meeting of WPC Members.
Wild Animals-live animals, demonstrations, lectures and interactive children's activities.
Garden Demonstrations - presentations for the novice and experienced gardener.
Hikes - an early bird walk, family hike, or one of the several other featured hikes offered that day.
