WPC's Conservation Buyer Program
connects potential conservation-minded real estate buyers with sellers.
Our program offers properties typically with conservation or recreational
amenities to those that love nature, the outdoors, and activities
such as hunting, fishing, camping and hiking. Over the years, WPC
has worked with landowners to protect land either by outright purchase
or through donations of conservation easements. You may be able
to achieve a greater return on your investment while protecting
your family's land.
