(Pittsburgh and Mill Run, Pennsylvania, March 22, 2007)  Whether you have one day a month or more of volunteer time to offer, Fallingwater has a wide range of volunteer opportunities to match your interests. The Frank Lloyd Wright masterpiece is located 1.5 hours from Pittsburgh, in the midst of the beautiful Laurel Highlands. Volunteers interact with visitors by:

  • assisting with interpretive programs for adults and children
  • helping visitors at the information desk, shop and café
  • planting gardens and managing the Fallingwater landscape
  • setting up and working special events
  • staffing on-site art exhibitions in the Barn at Fallingwater

Volunteers at Fallingwater meet people from all over the world, work in a beautiful natural setting, and get to know Frank Lloyd Wright’s masterpiece on a personal level.

Interested adults who are willing to commit at least a day per month (May through October) are encouraged to apply.
