Fallingwater seeks volunteers for 2008 season

Mill Run, Pa. – March 31, 2008 – Fallingwater, the Frank Lloyd Wright masterwork located in the beautiful Laurel Highlands, is accepting new volunteers for an array of engaging activities and events.

Volunteer positions at the busy Fayette County museum include interacting with visitors at the information desk, museum shop, and Café, staffing art exhibits, assisting with interpretive programs for adults and children, and serving as “Ask-Me Guides.” Opportunities also include landscaping, gardening work, and leading grounds tours.

Volunteers at Fallingwater interact with visitors from all over the world, work in a gorgeous natural setting, and experience Frank Lloyd Wright’s masterwork on a personal level.

Interested adults who are willing to commit at least a day per month from May through October are encouraged to apply. Local volunteers from nearby communities such as Chalk Hill, Connellsville, Farmington, Mill Run and Ohiopyle are strongly encouraged to apply.
