Leaving a Legacy with a Charitable Gift Annuity

Charitable Gift Annuity
A Charitable Gift Annuity is a life-income gift that allows you to make a gift to Western Pennsylvania Conservancy while receiving regular, fixed payments for the rest of your life. Western Pennsylvania Conservancy will provide you and/or a loved one with a steady income. In addition, donors receive an income tax charitable deduction.

Charitable Gift Annuities may be funded with cash or securities. If you choose to fund your gift annuity with appreciated securities, you will pay capital gains tax on only part of the appreciation!

Heritage Circle
Donors who establish gift annuities with WPC are invited to become members of our Heritage Circle. Heritage Circle members recognize that the preservation and protection of our natural resources is a long-term commitment and wish to support this commitment by making a significant gift.
