Renew Your Volunteer Commitment
In your community...

Just about every day in May, somewhere in western Pennsylvania volunteers will be planting a community garden in their neighborhood. From young school children to trained master gardeners, these volunteers are the key to the success of the community gardens. Bring your friends, bring your family, invite your church or community club and renew your community spirit by helping to plant a garden.

As a land steward ...

Our 75 active land steward volunteers assist WPC in regularly monitoring conservation areas and serve as WPC ambassadors throughout western Pennsylvania. These trained volunteers complete regular monitoring visits of 38,000 acres of high conservation value land and serve as WPC eyes, ears and voice in local communities.

At Fallingwater...

Whether you have a day, a week, a month or even a year of volunteer time to offer, Fallingwater has a wide range of volunteer opportunities to match your interests. Volunteers assist in our visitors pavilion, gatehouse and café. They conduct visitor surveys, act as grounds and “Ask Me” guides, conduct tours and work at special events. We even have a volunteer “moisture monitor” and “caulking monitor.”
