Leaf Color Range

A beautiful weeping tree forming an almost tent-like mass. No two trees are alike. The branches extend horizontal for quite some distance and then turn down giving it the weeping appearance.

Height: 50’-60’ with a spreading weeping crown often wider than high.
Leaves: 2”-4” long, 1-1/2”-2” wide, alternate simple.
Habitat: There are many fine examples growing in private gardens throughout Pittsburgh.
