Join us for the 15th annual Twilight Tour, a Fallingwater experience like no other. The tour begins at 6:30 p.m., on August 22. Guests on this special evening will be served wine and hors d’oeuvres on the bridge outside Fallingwater. Then, we’ll embark on a self-guided tour of the house that affords the opportunity to view more than 950 works of art contained inside, and to take in the natural beauty outside.

As dusk descends, we’ll follow a lantern-lit path to the meadow where a gourmet picnic dinner awaits, and the sounds of Bear Run and the jazz stylings of Roger Humphries and the RH Factor Quintet fill the evening air.

Space is limited, so please make your reservation online, at www.fallingwater.org, or by calling 724-329-8501 ext.1 by August 14, 2009. Wine and hors d’oeuvres on the bridge will begin at 6:30 p.m., and the gourmet picnic and cool jazz in the meadow will commence at 8 p.m.

Members of the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy will be charged $175.00, and non-members will be charged $200.00 per person.

Please bring a flashlight as well as a blanket or lawn chair. We will provide a house wine or, if you prefer, feel free to bring your own special wine for the picnic and jazz concert. Smart casual attire and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

A portion of the price of this event is tax-deductible and supports the preservation of Fallingwater. The tax-deductible portion is $75.00 per person for WPC members and $100.00 per person for non-members.
